Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the EdgeAI mobile application and website, located at www.edgeai.pro(collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the User, and EdgeAI. By accessing, downloading, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or conditions that may apply.

1.2. EdgeAI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Scope of the Platform

2.1. The Platform provides access to live statistics, match results, analysis, insights, and other information related to sports and other relevant fields. The information available on the Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2.2. EdgeAI does not provide betting services or promote any form of gambling. The content provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as advice or recommendations for betting, wagering, or gambling of any kind.

2.3. While EdgeAI strives to ensure that the information provided on the Platform is accurate and up-to-date, EdgeAI makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the information. The User acknowledges that all decisions made based on information obtained from the Platform are made solely at the User's risk.

3. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

3.1. Personal Use Only: The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may not use the Platform or any content or data from the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from EdgeAI.

3.2. No Automated Access: Users are prohibited from using automated systems, including but not limited to bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access or interact with the Platform for any purpose, including collecting data or copying content.

3.3. Prohibited Actions: The User agrees not to:

 - Use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.

 - Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise violates any laws or third-party rights.

 - Attempt to interfere with the functioning of the Platform, including hacking, introducing viruses, or disabling its features.

 - Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Platform without express permission from EdgeAI.

3.4. Account Registration: If the User registers for an account, the User agrees to provide accurate and complete information and to update their information as needed. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details and for all activities under their account.

3.5. Age Restrictions: Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. Users under 18 may only use the Platform with verifiable parental or guardian consent and supervision.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1. Chatrooms and Forums: The Platform may offer interactive features such as chatrooms or forums where Users can contribute content. EdgeAI does not pre-screen or actively monitor the content posted by Users, and it does not endorse any opinions, advice, or statements made by Users.

4.2. Responsibility for Content: Users are solely responsible for the content they post, share, or transmit through the Platform. EdgeAI disclaims any responsibility or liability for content provided by Users, including any mistakes, defamation, or falsehoods.

4.3. Content Moderation: EdgeAI reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, or delete any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Users acknowledge that EdgeAI is not responsible for moderating the platform in real time and that harmful or offensive content may remain on the Platform until it is brought to EdgeAI's attention.

4.4. No Liability for User Content: EdgeAI disclaims all responsibility for any legal issues, disputes, or damages arising from the User's contribution of content, including but not limited to defamation, copyright infringement, or violations of other Users' rights.

4.5. Content License and Warranties: By posting content on the Platform, Users grant EdgeAI a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute such content for platform operations and legal defense purposes. Users warrant that they own all rights to their content and that such content does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.

5. Information Accuracy and Disclaimer

5.1. No Warranties: The statistics, insights, live updates, and other content provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only. EdgeAI makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information provided.

5.2. No Liability for Decisions: EdgeAI is not responsible for any decisions made by Users based on the information provided through the Platform, including decisions related to betting or wagering. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided on the Platform and conducting their own independent research before making any decisions.

5.3. No Endorsement of Third-Party Content: The Platform may provide access to third-party websites, content, or services. EdgeAI does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services that Users may access through the Platform. Interactions or transactions with third parties are solely between the User and the third party.

5.4. Data Source Limitations: Information on the Platform may be derived from third-party data sources, external APIs, or automated systems. EdgeAI disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of such external data sources and any interruptions or errors they may cause.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data, software, and other materials, is the intellectual property of EdgeAI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using the Platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from EdgeAI.

6.2. EdgeAI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us atcontact@edgeai.pro to request removal.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP: EdgeAI's total liability to any User for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50) or the amount paid by the User to EdgeAI in the twelvemonths preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

7.2. EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES: EdgeAI is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising from the User's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

7.3. The User assumes full responsibility for the use of the Platform and any decisions made based on the information provided through the Platform. EdgeAI shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of reliance on the Platform's information, including financial losses related to betting or wagering activities.

7.4. EdgeAI disclaims any responsibility for errors, interruptions, technical issues, server downtime, or data breaches that may arise during the use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

7.5. TIME LIMITATION: Any claims against EdgeAI must be brought within six (6) months of the date the claim arose, after which such claims are permanently barred.

8. User Indemnification

8.1. Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EdgeAI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

 - User's use of the Platform

 - User's violation of these Terms

 - User's violation of any third-party rights

 - User-generated content posted on the Platform

 - Any illegal or unauthorized use of the Platform under User's account

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

9.1. MANDATORY ARBITRATION: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration organization, rather than in court.

9.2. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Users waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against EdgeAI.

9.3. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.4. Individual arbitration proceedings shall take place in[Insert Jurisdiction], and Users consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such proceedings.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. Force Majeure and Technical Limitations

EdgeAI shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or degradation in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions
• Internet service provider failures, network congestion, or telecommunications disruptions
• Third-party service interruptions, API failures, or data source unavailability
• Server downtime, hardware failures, software bugs, or system maintenance
• Database corruption, data synchronization issues, or backup system failures
• Cyber attacks, DDoS attacks, security breaches, or malicious interference
• Cloud service provider outages or performance degradation
• AI model errors, training data issues, or algorithmic inaccuracies
• Mobile application store policies, updates, or removal requirements
• Regulatory changes affecting data processing or service delivery
• Power outages, infrastructure failures, or equipment malfunctions

10.2. Performance Disclaimers

EdgeAI makes no guarantees regarding:

• System uptime, availability, or response times
• Data accuracy, completeness, or real-time delivery
• Processing speed or computational performance
• Compatibility with user devices or operating systems
• Uninterrupted service or error-free operation

10.3. Mitigation Efforts

While EdgeAI will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions, Users acknowledge that:

• Technical issues are inherent in digital platforms and may occur without warning
• EdgeAI's obligation is limited to reasonable remedial efforts, not guaranteed results
• Users must implement their own backup plans and cannot rely solely on the Platform

10.4. No Liability for Technical Issues

EdgeAI shall have no liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from technical failures, performance issues, or service interruptions, regardless of their cause, duration, or impact on User operations25.

This enhanced version provides much stronger protection by:

• Explicitly covering technology-specific risks like server failures, software bugs, and AI errors
• Adding performance disclaimers that set realistic expectations
• Including cyber security incidents and third-party dependencies
• Clarifying that technical issues are inherent in digital services
• Limiting EdgeAI's obligation to reasonable efforts rather than guaranteed outcomes

11. Termination

11.1. EdgeAI reserves the right to terminate or suspend a User's access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

11.2. Users may terminate their account by contactingcontact@edgeai.pro. Upon termination, the User's right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately.

11.3. SURVIVAL: Sections 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8(User Indemnification), 9 (Dispute Resolution), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination of these Terms.

12. AI-Powered Features

Our services may include features powered by artificial intelligence ("AI"), including an AI chatbot. By using these AI features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

12.1. The information provided by our AI-powered chatbot maybe inaccurate, incomplete, or not up-to-date. You must use its responses as general guidance only and not as a definitive or factual source.

12.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any content generated by our AI features. All AI-generated output is provided on an "as is" basis.

12.3. You are solely responsible for critically evaluating and independently verifying any information before relying or acting on it. The AI chatbot is not a substitute for professional advice.

12.4. We expressly disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided by our AI features. Your use of the AI chatbot is entirely at your own risk.

13. Severability

13.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
